Good morning ECP! During the week of August 5th, students in 6th-12th grades will be provided days to choose class enrollments. Below is the following scheduled days and times:
August 5th from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Senior;
August 5th from 12:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. - Junior;
August 6th from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Sophomore;
August 6th from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Freshman;
August 7th from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - 8th grade;
August 7th from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - 7th grade;
August 6th from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - 6th grade

Cross Country will begin on Monday, July 29th at 8 a.m. at the Elmore City Lake for incoming 7-12 graders. A physical along with the paperwork must be turned into the school to participate.

The health department will hold extended hours on Friday, August 2nd, for childhood vaccines for youth under age 19 who meet eligibility for the Vaccines for Children program (American Indian, Alaska Native, SoonCare-Eligible, Uninsured or Underinsured).

The following information is provided by the Elmore City Youth Association in regards to sign-ups for the following: Tackle Football, Flag Football & Cheer sign-ups will be Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Elementary Cafeteria. Flag Football is for K-2nd grades; Tackle Football is for 3rd-5th grades, and Cheer is for 3rd-5th grades.

Parents of students entering 7th grade....a Tdap booster is required for all 7th grade students! Please provide proof at enrollment.

HS Band: All Drumline and Color Guard members should be in attendance next week for rehearsals at the band room. Rehearsals are 12pm to 2pm on July 8-12. We will be assigning drum parts and sizing color guard uniforms. If you have a conflict, please message Mr. or Mrs. Reisetter. Band leadership students are encouraged to attend as well!
