Senior Parents
I will be at the high school until 3:30pm today if you need to drop off your slide show pictures or payment/pictures for the yearbook recognition page.
We are asking that parents sign up for meals EACH week so that we do make too many and then have to dispose of them. The link for the meals and the drop locations will be sent out tomorrow. Thank you for your help!

If you have not filled out the NEW meal survey, please find it on our News Feed and do so. We have only had responses from 40 parents about meals to feed 100 students.
All previously scheduled times to retrieve items from school are now cancelled until further notice. We do not want to risk anyone being infected while trying to pick up supplies from school. If you need to get your child’s medicine, please email the principal to make arrangements. Meal delivery will continue with Monday as the pick up date.

Attention Girls Track: We would like to collect all track uniforms. To make it easy, and still practice our Social Distancing, I’m asking for you to place them in a plastic bag and return them when you get your personal belongings from the school. Earlier this week, the school sent out a form to request times slots to grab your belongings that were left at school.
The Elmore City Alumni Banquet originally scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2020 has been postponed and will be rescheduled for next year: Saturday, June 26, 2021.
Thursday and Friday’s meals will BOTH be served on THURSDAY. Please be sure to come pick up breakfast and lunch for both days tomorrow between 10:00am and 11:00am east side of the cafeteria.
Elementary Fundraiser items will be delivered. We are currently working with the company on a delivery date. Information will be provided as soon as we have all details complete.
Pre-Kindergarten enrollment originally scheduled for April 2nd & 3rd has been postponed. Information on dates will be provided at a later time.
The OK State Board of Education voted
to close all schools and buildings through the rest of the 19-20 school year. We are working with our administrators and teachers to work on providing learning opportunities for our students and will have something up and going by April 6th ir soon after. This is an uncertain time right now, but we will do our best to provide educational opportunities for our students. We will continue to keep you updated as things progress.

Senior Parents,
I will be in my office on Tuesday, March 31st from 10 to 12. You may drop off your pictures for the slideshow (if you have not already) and your pictures/payment for your Senior Recognition Page. If you prefer, you can email the pictures to me at shenry@ecpbadgers.com. As of this moment, we will still create the slideshow and every senior will receive a copy.
Superintendent Hofmeister is going to ask the State Board of Education, on Wednesday, to keep all schools closed until June 30th. The ECP administrative team will meet virtually this week to discuss our options for distance learning. Please stay tuned for more updates.
Mrs. Pyle and Mr. Gray helped pass out breakfast and lunch today! Thank you for volunteering! We will be back tomorrow and the rest of the week with FREE meals for all kids aged 1-18! Come see who is passing out meals tomorrow!
